抹茶商品のご注文が確定した後、お届け日時の変更、お届け先住所の変更、
ご注文内容の変更・追加につきましては承ることができません。
抹茶需要拡大により製造制限がかかっておりますので
購入期間約1ヵ月を目途に『お一人様の購入は1缶まで』となります。
Once your order for matcha products has been confirmed, we cannot accommodate changes to the delivery date or time,
the delivery address, or the order details (including additions).
Due to production constraints caused by increased demand for matcha,
purchases are limited to one can per person for a period of approximately one month.
抹茶缶商品4種類「星授」「星峰」「池の白」「星の露」のうち
1ヵ月に購入できる種類は『2種類のみ』となります。
そのため、1ヵ月で購入できる個数はお一人様1種類1缶、計2缶までとなりますので
予めご了承くださいませ。
転売目的・再販などの営利目的のご購入を固くお断りさせていただいております。
Of the four types of matcha cans—“Hoshi-ju,” “Hoshi-mine,” “Ike-no-shiro,” and “Hoshi-no-tsuyu”—
you may purchase only two types per month.
Therefore, please note that the maximum number of cans you may purchase in a single month is one can per type,
up to a total of two cans per person.
We strictly prohibit purchases made for commercial purposes, such as resale or redistribution.

ご注文者様のお名前・住所・電話番号などを確認させていただき
購入個数、回数が多いお客様には注文キャンセルの手続きを行います。
Matcha cans can only be shipped via Japan Post.
We will verify the customer’s name, address, and phone number,
and may cancel orders for customers who purchase large quantities or place frequent orders.
ご注文後に配送先住所とは違う場所へ転送依頼をされた場合
または発送後に運送会社に直接転送依頼をかけた場合は
次回より販売をお断りする場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
ご注文いただいた後、販売不可と判断した場合には
お客様の了承なくキャンセル処理し
キャンセル理由をお問い合わせいただいても返答は致しかねます。
Please note that if you request that your order be forwarded to an address other than the shipping address
after placing your order, or if you contact the shipping company directly to request a forwarding
after the item has been shipped, we may refuse to sell to you in the future.
If, after you place an order, we determine that we cannot fulfill it, we will cancel the order without your consent,
and we will not be able to respond to any inquiries regarding the reason for the cancellation.
